Tim Hale

Tim is a Patent attorney with over a decade of experience in patent and trademark prosecution. Former examining attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Tim is professionally focused on domestic and international patent and trademark procurement, with experience in litigation. Tim has evaluated and argued a diverse range of patent applications ranging from cryptography to business methods and leveraged this experience to brief matters before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and has drafted motions to invalidate issued patents, and prepared litigation-ready patent and trademark applications.
