These Terms are effective as of the “Last Updated” date and will remain in effect unless otherwise notified by the Company of any updates. Any changes, modifications, additions, or deletions will become effective on the date they are posted on the website. Providentia, will, from time to time, notify Website Users of updates to the Terms and recommends that Website Users periodically review these Terms. Website Users’ continued use of Providentia’s website properties constitutes the users acknowledgement of any updates to this policy and agreement to be bound by the modified Terms.
