    1. Introduction

Providentia welcomes visitors, clients, potential clients, employees, attorneys, candidates, and potential candidates (hereinafter referred to as “Website User(s)”) to its website properties and therefore implements these Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) to inform users of Providentia’s practices when using its website properties. These Terms inform Users of the acceptable use of Providentia’s website properties. Providentia takes its responsibility to protect the rights of its Users seriously and therefore provides additional information on Providentia’s technical and organizational measures through the Providentia Privacy Policy.

Nothing contained on Providentia website properties should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use this site or any Content displayed on this site, through the use of framing or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the Company or such third party that may own the trademark or copyright of material displayed on Providentia website properties.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Providentia, disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any information, including but not limited to remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, resumes/CVs, or other submissions from Website Users, communicated to Providentia through its website properties is the exclusive property of Providentia. Providentia is entitled to use any information submitted for any purpose, without restriction, except as prohibited by applicable privacy and security regulation; or without compensation to the person sending the submission. The Website User acknowledges the originality of any submission communicated to Providentia and accepts responsibility for its accuracy, appropriateness, and legality.

The Website Users use of the Company’s contact  email addresses, SMS text messaging or alert services (the “Website Services”) is governed by the terms and conditions below. Website Users use of the Website Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy, which take effect when the Website User accesses the Website Services.

By sending an email or subscribing to the Website Services, Website Users consent to receiving emails and SMS messages including notification or informational text messages about recruitment, employment-related, and marketing messages. The frequency of Website Services messages varies. Website Users represent that they are the owner or customary user of the email account or wireless device used to subscribe to the Website Services and that Website Users are authorized to approve any applicable changes.
