Tim Hale

Tim is a patent attorney with over a decade of experience in patent and trademark prosecution. Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and specializes in computer software inventions. Although he has worked extensively in computer security and cryptography, Tim’s current focus is on AI systems. He has extensive technical knowledge of transformer models, convolutional networks, and LLM training. Tim is also an experienced attorney, having litigated in federal court, briefed matters before various United States courts of appeals, and prepared a host of litigation-ready patent applications.
